have also inquired about Rockies righty Houston Street. Street is in the last year three-year, $22.5 million contract. - The Mets have signed Dominican shortstop prospect Ahmed Rosario, according to ESPN Deportes. Rosario is ranked the 11th best international free agent by Baseball America. The contract included a $1.7 million bonus.
- Ike Davis was fined $750 for his actions in Tuesday’s game that led to his ejection. Davis will not be suspended.
- According to Adam Rubin of ESPN New York, Terry Collins does not plan on using Lucas Duda in left field at all.
- Chris Schwinden has been claimed by the Yankees off waivers from the Indians.
