According to ESPN OTL, Brewers left fielder Ryan Braun tested positive for a performance enhancing drug in October. Braun, 28, won the National League MVP award about a month after being told he had tested positive.
According to that same report, Braun immediately asked to be tested again, but he did not test positive the second time.
