Today’s talking points:
• The Mets lot last night 11-9, despite coming back from a 7-1 deficit to take the lead. The Mets bullpen blew the two run lead, blowing the Mts chances of wining the game.
• Francisco Rodriguez returned to Citi Field last night for the first time since being traded. He allowed three runs in his inning of work, but got the win.
My take:
•11-9 loss: It was great to see a comeback, bur awful to wath the bullpen blow it again.
• K-Rod: Good luck man. We found out he wanted to get rid of the option with the Mets. If that was true, I would have wanted to keep K-Rod. He’s one of the game’s vest closers.
