Rain, rain, go away…

It’s been pouring since about 6:30 so tonight’s Met game against the Marlins has been cancelled due to rain.  So far, there has been no announced makeup date. They start a four game set against the Marlins at the end of the month, their last home series of the year against Florida, so the game will probably be put in an afternoon slot before one of those four games or they could just play tomorrow…

The Mets start a weekend series against the Braves starting Friday, with R.A. Dickey, Jonathon Niese, and Dillon Gee, who was supposed to start tonight, scheduled to start.

I'm a 17 year-old blogger, high school student, and lifelong Mets fan. I've been blogging about the Mets in some form or another for about four years. I embrace the new age, sabermetric way of thinking, but also recognize the importance of scouting and player devlopment.
