According to Buster Olney (via Twitter) Chris Capuano has cleared waivers:
This means that no team claimed Capuano and the Mets are now free to negotiate a trade with any team.
I wouldn’t take this as an indication that the Mets are trading Capuano. Teams put players on the waiver wire all the time. Teams even put their stars on waivers, because they can just pull them back at any time without the fans ever finding out.
