Notes:
Westbrook allowed two earned runs in five innings in Cincinnati, but has pitched terribly in the month of July.
Niese has been showing signs of maturing, pitching well recently, and allowed just one earned run in seven innings in his last start against the Phillies.
Jason Bay is out of the lineup with a tight hamstring.
